Who we are
Peter Lynn | Director/Technical Director
With over 20 years of experience, Peter is the technical backbone of pixel.formation.
As the founder of Twisted Pixel, he specialises in the heavy lifting of technical design, engineering, media server workflows and large-scale architectural projection mapping.
From Vivid Sydney to the Australian Open, Peter uses advanced pre-visualisation and planning tools, including Mapping Matter, to ensure complex visual systems are designed properly before they reach site.
His work spans projection mapping, system architecture, media server workflows, signal flow, show control and high-reliability delivery across large-format projects.
If it involves disguise, Pixera, LightAct, projection mapping or a complex signal path, Peter is usually the person shaping how the system works.
Brad Salt | Director/Screen Producer
Brad is a globally experienced Screens Producer and Technical Director whose work spans major broadcast, touring and live event environments.
He specialises in the fusion of live screen content, media server programming and multi-camera broadcast workflows, helping screen systems work for both the room and the camera.
His credits include screen direction and production across The Voice Australia, the Logie Awards, WorldPride, BBC projects and large-scale live productions, alongside touring and concert work for artists including Nicki Minaj, Ricky Martin, RÜFÜS DU SOL, Backstreet Boys and Flight Facilities.
Brad’s focus is making sure every pixel serves the show — whether it is landing for a stadium audience, a broadcast feed, a producer in rehearsals or an operator under pressure.
Alex Grierson | Creative Producer
Alex is the studio’s lead narrative and creative producer, specialising in translating complex technical capabilities into clear visual stories.
With a deep background in 2D and 3D motion design, real-time graphics and tools such as Notch and Unreal Engine, Alex helps shape the creative output from early concept through to delivery.
His experience leading international teams, including major work for Apple TV in South Korea, gives him a strong understanding of how to maintain creative consistency across diverse crews, tight timelines and high-pressure production environments.
Alex ensures that the creative idea stays connected to the technical system powering it — so the final result feels intentional, not just technically impressive.
